Frequently Asked Questions

We handle cases on either an hourly fee or a contingency basis, depending on the type of case.  Hourly rates also vary.  We have a variety of payment plans and solutions designed to make legal services affordable.

Most of the time, yes.  If a consultation requires review of a large volume of documents, for example, we might charge a reduced hourly fee for the consultation (generally $150.00)

The only guarantee about the legal system is that there are NO GUARANTEES.  This is especially true with litigation, where a fact finder (either a judge, a jury, or an arbitration panel) is responsible for making a decision.  What we can guarantee is that we will do everything we can, based on our experience, to get you the most favorable result in your case.

We do not.  However, after 25 years of practice across the US and around the world, we know a lot of good lawyers.  Even if we don't handle your type of case, we are happy to discuss it with you and help point you to the best legal advocates available.
